The Wilkin family have farmed at Tiptree since the 18th century but jam making began in 1885. Nick looks at highlights over the years, including a Prime Ministerial thumbs up, Royalty, World War 1, a famous Dolls House, the Royal Warrant, and James Bond. He looks at the varieties of fruit grown on the farms, the museum, and how products have diversified in recent years.
